Early Autumn bite on the HoochAugust 26, 2016
Water temps exiting the tail race hovering around 48to49F perfecto for trout. We have BWO's hatching steady for evening dries. Don't forget to nymph fish all day with the terrestrial bite about to happen with nice fish inspecting our strike indicators. On our lower end below Morgan expect good numbers of shoal and striped bass but as the first cold front passes in September stripers will vanish but shoals will bite good through October.
