The bear hunters started this week at Sheep Creek Ranch. Guide Danny Catlett helps his hunter get on the board with this beautiful brown Black Bear. Nice work guys. #northernrockiesoutfitters #sheepcreekranch
This makes me think of our fall hunting camps. Spending time with my family, guides and friends is good for my well being.
Don’t forget today is the last day to apply for Montana Moose, Sheep and Goat. Good luck everyone. @beauhill40 got his MT moose a couple years ago. #northernrockiesoutfitters
MT Draw results are posted!
No animals were harmed in the creation of this post. 😉
Who doesn't love big Antelope bucks? Here is @jbird52 with a West Butte stud from a few years back. Jackson was helping dad with guiding duties that day. #huntingisconservation #proofresearch #letemgrow
Nuff said. #thisdoesntsuck
Photo bombing is still a thing apparently. Real funny @beauhill40.
TODAY, March 15th, is the deadline for non-resident deer and elk license applications. It’s also the deadline to apply for deer and elk permits for both resident and non-residents.
The Montana statewide Mtn Goat license sold for $60,500 at the SCI banquet in Great Falls last weekend. Wow. #boomingeconomy
Not muddy here. #isitspringyet
Shot this old mtn buck a few years ago when we had a plentiful herd of Whitefish Range mule deer. Killed him at less than 50 yards and could only see part of his g2 and his chest. The mule deer are not there any more. I am told it’s because of several factors. However all of those factors were present then, with the exception of wolves. I do not need a degree in wildlife biology to solve this puzzle. #nowolves!
