With size 14 boots in the frame this cutty deserves some respect...fishing has been off the charts out here on the Sound lately.  Give someone a trip this Holiday, experiential gifts make for the most memorable ones.

70 degrees, lot's of rain and high water on the North Umpqua so we have resorted to chasing down our dinner for tomorrow night...

While their cousings sip small bugs on the east side of the mountains the SRC's are going about their aggressive and curious business eating all forms of baitfish over here in the salt. Water is SOOO good up on the Yak and Cle Elum right now.  Can set your watch by the arrival of rising fish in the late afternoon but bring your A game, 5x-7x with super small Baetis in all forms.  Get it while its on!
