Rainbow King’s Nush River Camp is only open for a few weeks in June and July, during the prime time of this bountiful King Salmon run. There is no other river in Alaska, if not the world, that offers more chrome bright, hard-fighting Chinook (King Salmon) than the “Nush. #onlyatRKL http://bit.ly/2KPGg1B

As the king salmon run winds down, we are packing up the Nush River Camp. An amazing four weeks of catching kings is over until next season. http://bit.ly/2KPGg1B #Alaska #KingSalmon
Rainbow King is the best place for king salmon fishing in Alaska. Anglers from everywhere come here to experience the best in Chinook salmon fishing, making Rainbow King Lodge one of the premier king salmon Alaska fishing lodges. #onlyatRKL http://bit.ly/2zliMwF #5050onthewater #Alaska #KingSalmon
Where are you having lunch this week? #onlyatRKL
Your six-day adventure starts at Merrill Field in Anchorage where you board the Clark Air flight to Iliamna. Once airborne, you head 150 miles southwest toward the craggy, glaciered, and wing-pinched walls of Lake Clark Pass. The flight-seeing through Lake Clark Pass is breathtaking.
The pass is long -- some 70 air miles -- but wide, miles across at most points. #onlyatRKL
It does not get much better than a blue sky day and the fish are biting. #onlyatRKL
Another great photo from the Nush River Camp.

One of our favorite guests at the Nush River Camp sent us this photo. The king run on the Nushagak River has been amazing this year.
