Our kids fishing trips are designed to deliver steady action and a variety of species. Our goal is for your children to not have to learn the time honored virtue of patience on this trip. We target fish such as Whiting, Sharks, Bluefish, Stingrays, and anything else that is willing to eat a bait. Sometimes we are even able to net some harmless Cannonball Jellyfish for them to inspect. We let them drive the boat if they want, play with the washdown hose, or chase the bait around the livewell with a dip net… anything for them to have fun fishing. Parents are optional!

Inshore fishing will take you into the rivers and bays around St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island in search of fish including Sea Trout, Flounder, Redfish, Tripletail, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and more. Most fish range between 12 and 30 inches in length but it is common to see certain species caught that exceed that. This is a great trip for staying in calm waters with great scenery and catching some great eating fish. This is also a great charter if you are concerned about sea sickness or if you really want to see Georgia’s vast marsh eco-system.

Waiting for the storms to pass. All dressed up and ready to roll with this catch and release only crew today!
I think I called him everything BUT his actual name today, but ol’ Fish Face racked em up! He rubbed it in his dads, uncles, and grandpas face! 🤣🤣 It was a blast whacking the Trout with the Strickland family this morning.
Float shopping is done for a while 😁
Fat Trouts, stud whiting, and about 15 redfish to 28 inches today.
Kids trips are awesome!
This tripletail puked up a whole ribbonfish. I guess he was still hungry!
She’s a dime!
We really appreciate it when our clients leave us reviews on sites like Trip Advisor. But here’s a little advice...
If you’re searching Trip Advisor for a fishing guide, go a step further and do a little search on him. If he’s been around the game for more than just a few minutes, there should be something out there other than TA to attest to his prowess as a guide. Review sites will tell you what someone’s best days and worst days are all about, but we live somewhere in the middle.
A real guide should be judged by his BAD days, when all hope was lost but he persisted and salvaged the day. That’s his masterpiece.
Everyone is the best guide in the world when the weather is great, the clients are skilled, and the bite is hot. When things get tough though, his true colors will show.
Dig around and if his resume isn’t deeper than some reviews... maybe keep on looking. You might have a great time... or maybe you’ll wish you spent 5 more minutes doing some background research. #tripadvisor #reviews #georgiafishing #professionals #timeonthewater #johnnycomelately
Kept 23 trout and change today and tossed back tons of shorts and bonus fish. Non stop rod bending!

WHACKED the fish today in a SUPER SECRET SPOT!! 😂😂😉😉
Crazy good bite both nearshore and inshore yesterday. Over a dozen sharks up to 6.5 feet to the boat for me and lots of big trout and flounder with several bonus tripletail for Capt. Tim. And this is best picture we can come up with.🤷🏻‍♂️🤣 we never claimed to be in the photography business I guess😁
Big bait = big fish.
