We have been a catch of Coho salmon and a mix of Rainbow trout and lakers, The fish have been moving around from shallow water 18 feet to 30 feet to Deep water 185 feet to 325 feet. They have been biting small peanut fly's behind a red double 0 dodger, also a verity of spoons. Fishing 7 days a week keeps me on these fish.

The coho salmon are one of the tastiest fish being caught right now out of North Point Marina in Winthrop Harbor , Illinois. We are running 12 mile offshore into deep blue water in 200 to 310 feet of water. The weather has not cooperated at all High winds and big wave have muddied up the inshore waters, these fish should be in 10 to 30 feet of water right now.
